Circular beauty refers to our commitment to the circular economy. We rescue high-quality ingredients that would otherwise go to waste—such as coffee grounds and fruit pits—and transform them into premium skincare products.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all UpCircle products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny. We never test on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.

Is your packaging plastic-free?

We are 99% plastic-free. Our products are primarily housed in glass jars and aluminum tubes. For the small amount of plastic we do use (such as pumps), we offer plastic-free refill options and a return scheme.
